Problemy z geocoder w Java Swing

Dzień dobry, Jestem budowy systemu do projektu akademickiego w Java Desktop. W tym projekcie, muszę otrzymać adres (na przykład „5th Avenue, NY”) oraz konwertować tego adresu na współrzędne geograficzne (szerokość i długość), aby przechowywać je w bazie danych. Współrzędne te będą wyświetlane na mapie.

Używam API JxMaps, ale nie mogę dostosować przykład kod geocoder udostępnione przez nich. Bez względu na to, co robię, kod po prostu nie działa. Jednakże, w tym przykładzie, to działa.
